1) All materials remain the property of J W Yeo Construction Ltd until paid for in full.
2) Payment is strictly 7 days from the date of invoice.
3) Failure to pay within 7 days will result in interest being added at a daily rate of 2.5% and all work will cease until full payment is received.
4) J W Yeo Construction Ltd is not responsible for any delays outside of our control.
5) Costings are only on an estimate basis on prices at the time of quote. Unless otherwise stated.
6) A deposit will be required for any works that are deemed necessary.
7) Any work that is carried out that is not agreed upon within a contract will be charged at a “time plus materials” basis.
8) J W Yeo Construction Ltd has the right to pass on any increases in cost to the client that is out of our control.
9) J W Yeo Construction Ltd has the right to end its contract with you and claim any compensation due to us for any of the following reasons:
– Non Payment of invoice
– If you don’t provide us with the information, cooperation, or access that we need to provide the service.
– Verbal or physical abuse to any of our staff or subcontractors.
10) Whilst every bit of care and attention is taken, J W Yeo Construction Ltd does not accept any liability for any loss or damage to private property whilst our services are being carried out.
11) On acceptance of a quote J W Yeo Construction Ltd would require the client to confirm with an email acknowledging that they have read and understood our terms and conditions and that they accept the quote, to which then the contract would commence.
12) On contracts that are agreed on an estimate basis, the client needs to be aware that J W Yeo Construction Ltd cannot be held to that cost and that cost could be subject to change due to circumstances outside of our control.
